CSDC Fitness Test #1

CSDC Fitness Test #1 will take place on Sunday, January 22nd starting at 7:15am.  
 











The Fitness Test will include all of your favourites:

1.  3km Run Test - Kane Road - 7:15am sharp!

2.  Chin-Ups - Maximum full range repetitions for maximum of 1 minute. 

3.  Bench Press - Maximum full range repetitions for maximum of 1 minute. 
     - 135 lbs. for Men
     - 75 lbs. for Women

4.  Bench Row - Maximum full range repetitions for maximum of 1 minute.
     - 135 lbs. for Men
     - 75 lbs. for Women

5.  Sit-Ups - Maximum full range repetitions for maximum of 1 minute.
     - No anchoring of feet.
     - Arms against chest.

6.  Erg Test - TBA


NOTE:  Make up date is Sunday, January 29th.
